Who We Are
LSMC provides laboratory informatics, sequencing workflow management, genomic data management, accessioning, analysis tracking, and controlled data delivery services for authorized customers, collaborators, and personnel.
Information We Collect
When you sign in using Google, we may collect basic Google account information, including:
- name;
- email address;
- Google account identifier;
- authentication status; and
- login and access logs.
We may also collect information that users or authorized organizations provide while using LSMC services, including account, organization, project, order, accessioning, workflow, audit, support, or data-management information.
Use of Google User Data
Google account information obtained through Google Sign-In is used solely for authentication, authorization, account management, security, audit, and support purposes.
LSMC does not sell Google user data. LSMC does not use Google user data for advertising. LSMC does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the services, comply with law, or fulfill contractual obligations to authorized customers or users.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- authenticate users;
- authorize access to LSMC systems;
- provide laboratory informatics and data-management services;
- operate accessioning, analysis tracking, data delivery, and support workflows;
- maintain security, audit, compliance, and operational records;
- investigate errors, misuse, or security events; and
- communicate with users about service access, support, or administrative matters.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information:
- with service providers that operate infrastructure or support LSMC services;
- with authorized organizations, customers, collaborators, or personnel who have a legitimate relationship to the data;

- to protect the security, integrity, or availability of LSMC systems; or
